Customer Support (CS)

Responsibilities:

  • Give accurate, fast, & clear information/solution to customers.
  • Write down every activity related to customer feedback/complaints
  • Help solve customers' problems. Suggested that problem solved in first encounter.
  • Follow up the problems (to customer).
  • Do administrative work connected to Support Centre activity

Requirements:

  • Male/Female, Single, max 27 years old
  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Literate in computer and internet is a must
  • Having software knowledge is preferable
  • Have 1 years experience as Customer Service/Call centre
  • Self motivated, proactive, problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skill to manage customer.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Team player with good communication and service oriented.
