Project Manager (PM)


Requirements:

- Male/Female, 28 – 35 years old

- Bachelor (S1) degree in IT/Civil/Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering from reputable university

- Experience min.2 years in doing Ericsson product & installation (Cellular/transmission & BTS Project)

- Dynamic, excellent communication, creative, and interpersonal skills

- Computer literate

- Fluency in English

- Full time, permanent

- Willing to travel within Indonesia & abroad

- Job Location in Jakarta


Job Description:

Ø Coordinating all the job related with preparing, developing, and implementing the project and Rollout of all the project as per the agreed business plan.

Ø Developing procedures and processes to ensure fault installation and repair times are minimized so that network performance targets are met.

Ø Ensuring that the daily activities at Project Department consider with Health & Safety Requirements.

Ø Finishing the project documentation in addition to give the report to Finance & Accounting Department in the time frame.

- Experience in similar position min. 3 years

2. PROJECT COORDINATOR (PRO-CO)

- Male/Female, max.30 years old,

- Bachelor degree in S1 in Telecommunication/Electrical/Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2,75

- Experience min.2 years in Telecommunication Industry (Cellular/transmission & BTS project), specially in Ericsson and/or Nokia products

3. ASS.PROJECT COORDINATOR (APR-CO)

- Male/Female, max.30 years old

- Bachelor degree in S1 in Telecommunication/Electrical/Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2,75

- Experience min.2 years in Telecommunication Industry (Cellular/transmission & BTS project), specially in Ericsson and/or Nokia products

4. SENIOR ENGINEER (SNR-EN)

- Male/Female, max.30 years old

- Bachelor degree in S1 in Telecommunication/Electrical/Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2,75

- Experience in similar position min.1 year with test & commissioning of BTS

5. ENGINEER (ENG-ST)

- Male/Female, max.28 years old

- Bachelor degree in S1 in Telecommunication/Electrical/Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2,75

- Experience in similar position min.1 year with test & commissioning of BTS

6. SALES ENGINEER (SLS-EN)

- Male/Female, max.28 years old

- Bachelor degree in S1 in Telecommunication/Electrical/Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2,75

- Experience in similar position min.1 year

7. CME STAFF (CME-ST)

- Male/Female, max.28 years old, Min. Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2,75

- Experience in similar position min.1 year, AutoCAD skill is a must

8. PROJECT ADMIN. (PRO-AD)

- Male/Female, max.28 years old, Min. Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2,75

- Experience in similar position min.1 year with installation

9. INSTALLATION TEAM LEADER (INS-TL)

- Male, max.28 years old, SMK/STM, Experience in similar position min.1 year


REQUIREMENTS:

· Computer literate, Fluency in English

· Have good Interpersonal Communication skills and analytical skills

· Good team player and self motivated

· Hardworking, Dynamic & Creative

· Having basic knowledge about Health & Safety requirements

· Job location in Jakarta (1-9), in Balikpapan (5,7), in Pontianak (5,7), in Banjarmasin (5,7), in Sulawesi (5), in Bali (5), in Jawa Timur (5)

· Willing to travel within Indonesia & abroad, and based in project area (1-5,7,9)
