PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

PLASMEDIA (http://www.plasmedia.com/) adalah sebuah perusahaan jasa
teknologi informasi dan independent software vendor (ISV) di Jakarta
yang juga adalah Microsoft GOLD Certified Partner dengan 3 kompetensi
utama (Information Worker Solutions, Data management Solutions, dan
Custom Development Solutions).
Saat ini Plasmedia sedang membutuhkan talenta-talenta yang mau
berkembang, menyukai teknologi-teknologi untuk mengisi beberapa
posisi dibawah ini:

PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
Requirements:
• Diligent & able to work under pressure but must be a team
player
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong in leadership and negotiation.
• Self-motivated with a positive working attitude
• Manage day to day project.
• Experience as a project leader or project manager

BUSINESS ANALYST (BA)
Requirements:
• Ability to translate business processes into technical
specifications for IT configuration or development
• Strong business sprocess knowledge
• Good knowledge in software development processes such as RUP,
XP, or MSF
• Good knowledge in user interface design and usability
• VERY HIGH attention to detail
• Proficient in English
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in team and under high pressure
and tight deadline
• Knowledge in UML is a plus
• Experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Portal, or workflow
system is a plus
