Responsibilities :
To provide technical assistance to customers and resolve their areas of concern.
To assist in project implementation.
To repair service and install IT equipments at site.


Requirement :

Male, Single, Age 24 to 30 years old
Min Diploma in Computer, Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1 years of Technical Support experience in IT Industry.
Preferably live in Jakarta Pusat or Jakarta Barat
Good understanding of troubleshooting skill of computer hardware.
Initiative and creativity and be able to work under pressure and overtime
Good command of spoken and written in English and Indonesia; Mandarin would be an advantage.
