Responsibilities:

* Directs initiatives to perform Data Driven environment through excellent implementation of CMMS and the effectiveness of data held in CMMS, focusing on the way it is recorded, analysed and reported to ensure that the best use is being made of the installed functionality of CMMS and that the use that is made of the data is clearly aligned with the needs of Sampoerna’s business in cost effectiveness, optimal plant availability and reliability through assets’ life cycle and the proposed asset management strategies in particular.

Requirements:

* Hold minimum Hold Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with minimum GPA 3.00;
* Preferably fresh graduates (earned Bachelor Degree (S1) maximum 2 years ago)
* Having solid knowledge in statistics, measurement and calibration principles
* Having solid knowledge in maintenance management Having good achievement orientation and innovative for continuous improvement,
* Having analytical and learning capability, team work and cooperation, problem solving, and integrity skills
* Having good English, both written and oral is a must

* Responsible for all production operations and process controls in assigned factory meet adidas quality standards.


Requirements :

* Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on shoemaking or engineering.
* At least 5 years experience in Footwear production and development.

Senior Test Engineer (BATAM)
(Batam)

Requirements:
Work up front with the customer to ensure a diagnosable and testable product
Develop and maintain test specifications and documentation
Verify initial products and identify manufacturability, testability, design and process deficiencies
Support and identify process improvements without sacrificing quality
Analyze and improve test yields
Analyze and resolve test rejects and other system related failures
Ensure preventative maintenance is performed and equipment uptime is improved
Develop cost effective methods for testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment
Develop test and diagnostic programs
Analyze and resolve test rejects and other system related failures
Analyze and improve test yield
Provide leadership/mentorship to junior Engineers


Responsibilities:
Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Min 3-5 years working experience
Willing to work in Batam
Preferably working in EMS industry.
Have good knowledge in Agilent 3070, Teradyne and GenRad test systems.
Have some knowledge in programming languages like Visual Basic, C++ and etc
Excellent communication and cooperation skills
